Psychotherapy is sometimes called ‘talk therapy’.

In a safe and non-judgemental space you openly discuss and address your problems and goals.  You are helped to understand and resolve your problems, reframe your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behaviours.  You are empowered with numerous strategies and tools, including healthy coping mechanisms, allowing you to live your life more positively, the way you want to.

Psychotherapy is used to treat:

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Bereavement (loss of a loved one or relationship)
  • Eating disorders
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Relationship break-down
  • Stress

Your sessions are individually adapted and tailored to your needs, through our collaborative therapeutic relationship and an integrative or holistic psychotherapy approach, drawing upon elements from different psychotherapy theories.

Therapy Costs: All sessions are 1 hour.

  • Consultation session FREE – Required prior to working with all clients (aged 18+).
  • Individual session £90
  • Package 4 sessions £344 (saving £16)
  • Package 8 sessions £680 (saving £40)
  • Package 10 sessions £840 (saving £60)
